Company: ENAPI

Location: Berlin

Role Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive base + meaningful equity

The opportunity

ENAPI is the clearing hub powering EV roaming across Europe — and soon, further. 800,000+ charge points. A platform that handles pricing, reconciliation, and session brokerage between the charge point operators and e-mobility service providers that keep EVs moving. Backed by €10M from Voyager, Project A, and Seedcamp.

We're at the point where the product is real, the partners are live, and the pipeline is full. What we need now is someone to help us move faster across it.

The role

This is an early-career commercial role. Generalist, high ownership, bias to action from day one.

You will be the first commercial contact for many of the companies that become ENAPI partners. You'll run inbound qualification calls, own the onboarding pitch, attend industry events, and help us move leads through the pipeline faster than the industry moves by default. You'll work directly with the founders on all things that matter when building a startup.

This is not a support role. It's a market-facing role for someone who wants to understand how critical infrastructure gets sold — and who's willing to learn fast in order to do it well.

The kind of person who thrives here

You're early in your career — maybe one to three years in — but you've already been in rooms where real deals happen and you know how to make them move. You communicate clearly and without filler. You prep before calls. You follow up without being told.

You're curious about the industry. EV charging infrastructure is genuinely interesting and genuinely complex — there's OCPI, there's roaming, there's financial clearing, there's a whole ecosystem of CPOs and eMSPs and CPMS platforms that most people have never heard of. You don't need to know all of this yet. You need to want to understand it deeply, and to learn fast.

You're comfortable being a generalist at an early-stage company. Some days this job looks like a sales call. Some days it looks like writing a one-pager. Some days it looks like representing ENAPI at an industry meetup in Amsterdam. You're energized by that, not overwhelmed by it. You're based in Berlin or willing to be. The EV charging industry is physical, relational, and European — presence matters.

Bonus: any background in mobility, energy, payments, or B2B SaaS. Fluency in German is a plus.

Why ENAPI, why now

The EV transition is accelerating. The infrastructure that enables it — the clearing, the roaming, the pricing — is being built right now, and the companies that become the defaults in this layer will be worth a lot. ENAPI is one of them.

Joining now means you'll be one of the first people to own a commercial function at a company that's already the infrastructure layer for a significant share of European EV roaming. The learning curve is steep. The upside is real.
