The opportunity

ENAPI is the infrastructure layer powering the €150 billion EV charging industry. We connect charge point operators and e-mobility service providers through a single clearing hub — for roaming, pricing, and financial settlement. 750,000+ charge points. Hundreds of thousands of roaming sessions per month. Backed by €10M from Voyager, Project A, and Seedcamp. We've spent two years building the platform. The next eighteen months are about getting it adopted — converting partners we've already onboarded onto paid products, neutralizing the trust objections every infrastructure startup faces, and putting the right message in front of the right buyer at the right moment.

The role

This is not a content marketing role. We don't need ghostwritten LinkedIn posts and a Notion full of brand pillars. We need a marketer who can build a partner activation system — the TCO calculator that makes the hidden cost of bilateral OCPI undeniable, the battle card that wins the build-vs-buy argument, the nurture and retargeting flows that move 250+ free-tier partners onto paid clearing. The mandate is system-building, not asset production. What you ship here should keep working after you ship it: a repeatable activation engine an in-house operator can run, with tracking that tells us what's actually moving partners through the funnel — and what isn't. Infrastructure only wins if partners adopt it, understand it, and trust it. This role owns the second and third.

The kind of person who thrives here

You've done product marketing at a B2B infrastructure, payments, or platform company before. You think in funnels, not posts. You can look at a base of 250 free-tier partners and describe — concretely — the sequence of messages and tools that converts the convertible ones, and you can build that sequence yourself. You write well, but writing isn't your edge. Your edge is targeting and sequencing. You've built TCO calculators, battle cards, or comparison tools that actually moved deals. You've run nurture campaigns where you can show what changed because of them, not just that they ran. You have a point of view. When the founder says "we need more case studies," you push back if the data says nurture is what's stuck. You bring opinions, you bring the receipts, and you adjust when you're wrong. You're fractional but engaged. This isn't a role for someone with a 30-minutes-a-week ceiling. You hold the system in your head, ship real assets, and stay close enough to the team to make good calls fast. Bonus: experience marketing to finance, ops, or platform buyers. Familiarity with EV charging, payments, energy, or any clearing/settlement-adjacent industry.
